Essentially, I grabbed whatever looked good at our local farmers market and went to town.
This is really a good mix, even my 3 year old liked it. (granted the 5 year old didn’t)
Also wanted to show you how I process the items prior to juicing. I like to remove skin on many of the items to keep the machine from clogging.
Of course there are health benefits to eating the skin, but there is enough fiber in the drink to go around.
Clean out your juicer immediately afterwards – or you will have a real mess. Don’t let it sit for more than a few minutes.
Keep the juice in a pitcher in your fridge and cover with saran wrap to trap in the freshness and consume within 24hrs or it will turn.
