Every year for Passover season, I am assigned the task to prepare about 3 dozen hard boiled eggs for a Sedar.
As a result, I have come up with a relatively simple way to prepare a large quantity of eggs.
Goals:
Make lots of hard boiled eggs quickly
Eliminate breaks
Make them taste excellent
Eliminate sulfur smell
Easy peeling
Easy transport
Easy cleanup
Materials:
3 dozen good quality eggs - (don't start with an inferior egg)
I like Eggland's best or a good cage free brown egg
Pasta pot with strainer and lid
Filet Knife
Vinegar
Sea salt
Timer
